Cookie policy

Our website https://basicgame.net (the “website”) uses cookies and other related technologies (for convenience, we call them all “cookies”). Some cookies are placed by third parties we have engaged – in our case, Google. This document informs you about the use of cookies on our website.

A cookie is a small, simple file that is sent along with pages of this website and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer or another device. The information stored in it may be returned to our servers or to the servers of the relevant third parties during a subsequent visit.

A script is a piece of program code that makes our website work properly and interactively. This code runs on our server or on your device. A web beacon (or pixel tag) is a small, invisible piece of text or image on a website that is used to monitor traffic on the website.

The website loads Google's measurement code (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) only after you allow statistics or marketing cookies. Without your consent, it is not loaded at all.

Apart from the cookies listed, the website temporarily keeps one thing in your browser's storage (sessionStorage): which team card you opened a profile from, so the Back button returns you to the same place. It is never sent anywhere and is deleted when you close the window. The website sets no other cookies.

For more on how Google processes data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

On your first visit, the website shows a bar where you choose your cookies. We only use statistics and marketing cookies if you allow them. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the button below or the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. If you withdraw it, the website deletes the Google cookies it stored and reloads the page. We remember your choice for 12 months, then ask again.

You can use your web browser to delete cookies automatically or manually. You can also specify that certain cookies may not be placed. Another option is to change your browser settings so that you receive a message each time a cookie is placed. For more information about these options, please refer to your browser's help.

Please note that our website may not work properly if all cookies are disabled. If you delete cookies in your browser, we will ask for your consent again on your next visit.
